At SmokinTex, we stand behind the quality of our smokers and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the unit for quality assurance and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
